Shin

June Shin is an award-winning designer currently drawing type for Occupant Fonts, a Morisawa brand. Before joining Occupant Fonts, she majored in art history at Cornell University and studied graphic design at the Rhode Island School of Design, where she received her master’s degree. In addition to her role as a type designer, she maintains her graphic design practice, working from her desk at the Design Office, a shared studio space for creative types based in Providence, Rhode Island. She was not born in June.
